Revolution and a new Project

i have not been good at updating this blog.
so here's an update!

Last Friday
was Revolution.
it was an AWESOME night.
started out a little stressful - but the team stepped up and did their practices and were ready.
and after making sure the stage would be ready and no one would break anything while dancing ;)
they were on!
and it was AMAZING.
and i'm not just saying that.
:)
they did so good and it was really powerful and so fun to see something that they basically choreographed and taught all on their own.
love seeing God's gifts at work.
and then John went up and delivered the message...and zach shared the gospel...
and 12 people gave their lives over to Christ.
holla! :)
and 65 (?) people rededicated their lives to following Christ.
AMAZING.
really really amazing.
God is good!
and hopefully we'll have video of it soon...

Tonight...Thursday
we gathered at 730 and jumped right into this new Project.
we've been working on it, writing and planning and organzing for months now -
and its ready.
well almost...:)  ready enough to get started!
and have AUDITIONS!  haha...for the first time ever.
so after we attempted to explain the plot (lots of characters, lots of conflict, lots of things to explain...:/)
we passed out scripts and they read for parts they wanted to play.
:)
and honestly - it was SO great to see what they can do.
we have some really really talented people on this team and i LOVE it.
downside...
we have a lot of really talented ppl on this team...
and not as many parts.
grrrr...

and sarah and erika were CONVENIENTLY off in tulsa on vacation...
which left Austin and i to listen, critique....and CHOOSE.
gross.
haha
i just didnt really think past the whole audition thing.
but we have to figure it out...
but there are just so many great actors.  i wish we had characters for everyone...to match their individual skill.
maybe.
;)

anyways - moral of the story is that we would love for you to pray that we can have the wisdom to make the right decisions.
this is God's project and we just really want it to be great.

thank you to all who came and tried out - it was so fun to see you all doing your thing.
;)

i'll be off to Miami on saturday.........so it'll be a little while til i post - maybe someone else will keep it up ...hint, hint ;)
but i'll see you when i get back!

-ALIVE
